Located in beautiful Lihue, Kauai Veterinary Clinic is the island’s only AAHA-accredited veterinary hospital, committed to high standards in animal care. We’re a well-established, community-centered clinic offering advanced services like laser therapy, stem cell treatments, and comprehensive diagnostics, all in a supportive and collaborative environment.
We’re currently seeking a Part-Time Kennel Assistant (15-20 hours/week) to join our caring and hard-working team. If you love animals, enjoy working with a tight-knit crew, and want to make a difference in pet health and comfort, we’d love to hear from you.

What You’ll Do
Provide daily care for dogs and cats in our small boarding facility and hospital.
Assist with feeding, walking, cleaning kennels, and cleaning of the veterinary hospital.
Help maintain a clean, safe, and low-stress environment for all animals.
What We’re Looking For
A dependable and compassionate animal lover with a strong work ethic.
Candidates must be 18 years of age or older.
Willingness to clean, follow protocols, and handle animals of all sizes and temperaments.
Previous experience with animal care is a plus but not required.
Candidates must be open to rotating weekends and holidays.
