We are looking for a Sales & Business Development professional to join a highly innovative, emerging Spanish company in the veterinary health and wellness sector.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new commercial opportunities in national and international markets.
- Generate qualified contacts with potential clients, distributors, veterinary clinics, KOLs, commercial partners and strategic accounts.
- Research markets, companies and relevant contacts to expand the company’s commercial database.
- Convert identified opportunities into commercial meetings, presentations or concrete next steps within the sales process.
- Follow up with leads, contacts and opportunities to move them forward through the sales pipeline.
- Coordinate and prepare commercial meetings, including client background, identified needs and supporting sales materials.
- Actively participate in commercial meetings, congresses or sales visits when required, nationally or internationally, with the ability to present the brand, the products and the value proposition.
- Support international sales development, especially in English and ideally also in French and/or German.
- Keep commercial information organised in the CRM, databases and activity reports, ensuring proper tracking and follow-up of each opportunity.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the same or a similar role. Experience in the animal health sector is a plus.
- University Degree (Bachelor's Degree or equivalent).
- Advanced level of English, plus advanced level of either French or German.
- Experience in technical and consultative sales.
- Availability to travel nationally and internationally.
- Valid driver's license.
- Strong analytical skills, a proactive attitude, and a strong drive to develop the company's business internationally.
- Strong command of digital tools, including LinkedIn, PowerPoint, and CRM software. Demonstrated ability to utilize AI and advanced IT tools to drive efficiency in the sales pipeline.
