Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential patients and leads
- Communicate with patients professionally and confidently
- Explain services and answer basic patient questions
- Follow up with interested leads and convert leads into patients
- Build trust and maintain positive communication with patients
- Collect required patient information and complete the onboarding process
- Handle patient-related email communication professionally
- Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and conversions
- Follow up consistently with leads until the onboarding process is completed
Requirements
- Fresh graduate to 6 months call center experience will be preferred.
- Must be Excellent spoken English for cold calling.
- Strong communication and active listening skills
- Good email communication and professional writing skills
- Confident and comfortable making outbound calls
- Target-oriented and motivated to achieve conversion goals
