Role Summary
We are seeking a Junior Sales Representative with 1–2 years of experience to support our growing commercial activities. In this role, you will actively engage with clients in the healthcare, laboratory, and industrial sectors, promoting ISG’s portfolio of instruments, devices, furniture, and integrated project solutions. You will work under the guidance of senior sales managers while gradually building your own client base and contributing to team targets. Both commerce/business graduates and medical/science graduates are welcome.
Key Responsibilities
Proactively identify and pursue sales opportunities within assigned territories or client segments (healthcare, laboratory, industrial).
Conduct client visits, understand their technical and operational needs, and present appropriate ISG solutions.
Prepare and deliver sales proposals, and tenders in coordination with the technical support team.
Collaborate with project management and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery, installation, and client satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts.
Stay updated on ISG’s product portfolio, market trends, and competitor activities.
Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and client training sessions as needed.
Qualifications & Requirements
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Candidates with a medical or scientific background (Pharmacy, Medicine, Science, Veterinary, Dentistry) are also strongly encouraged to apply and will be viewed favorably.
Experience:
Minimum 1–2 years of sales experience, preferably in B2B environments such as medical devices, laboratory equipment, scientific supplies, healthcare solutions, or industrial products.
Internships or rotational programs that included client-facing responsibilities also count.
Skills (clear bullet points):
Good negotiation and closing abilities
Strong verbal and written communication in Arabic and English
Basic proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Ability to learn technical product information quickly
Other requirements:
Own car is a plus
Willingness to travel within assigned region
