We are looking for an energetic, hardworking and motivated Junior Farm Manager / Foreman to join our farming operation in the Low’s Creek area.
The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for someone who wants to build a long-term career in farm management and is keen to learn and develop within an established macadamia and sugarcane farming operation.
The successful candidate should be responsible, practical, self-motivated and comfortable working both independently and as part of a management team.
Minimum Requirements
- Diploma or relevant qualification in Agriculture
- Fluent in English and Afrikaans
- Strong interest in agriculture, with a passion for macadamia production
- Hardworking, energetic and willing to be hands-on
- Good communication and leadership skills
- Ability to manage and supervise farm workers professionally
- Computer literate, with good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
- Valid Code B or C1 driver’s license
- Willing and able to reside permanently on the farm
