Project Overview
We are looking for a skilled Mechanical Draftsman to join our team in a full-time, on-site capacity in Downtown. Working hours are 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM. This role is ideal for a motivated professional who wants to grow beyond drafting and transition into a Site Engineer position over time. The selected candidate will produce detailed mechanical and MEP drawings, with a strong focus on HVAC, air conditioning, fire fighting, and piping systems. You will work alongside experienced engineers on real-world projects, gaining hands-on exposure to comprehensive mechanical systems from design through to site execution. This is not just a drafting seat. It is a structured growth opportunity. The team offers a clear pathway from Draftsman to Site Engineer, with accelerated, practical experience built into the role. Requirements
- Proficiency in AutoCAD with a mechanical or MEP focus – Solid knowledge of HVAC and air conditioning systems – Familiarity with fire fighting and piping systems – Ability to work on-site, full-time, Downtown, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM – Ambition to grow into a Site Engineer role
