  • Manage IT and ERP vendors, service providers, licenses and support arrangements.

Ideal Candidate

SGIL is looking for a hands-on technology and ERP professional, rather than someone focused only on routine IT support.

The ideal candidate should be equally comfortable solving an IT/system issue, working with SAP consultants, understanding a factory business process, training users, analysing data and converting manual processes into controlled digital workflows.

The candidate should have strong problem-solving ability, ownership, documentation discipline and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.

Career Opportunity

The position provides significant exposure across the organisation and offers the opportunity to take broader responsibility for ERP, IT systems, analytics and digital/business transformation as SGIL continues to grow and digitalise its operations.

I prefer this over ERP & Digital Transformation Lead for your current recruitment strategy. The “Executive” title controls the seniority signal, while “IT, ERP & Business Transformation” accurately communicates that this is much broader than an IT support job.
