Role Description The International Marketing Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai. This role involves developing and implementing international marketing strategies to promote veterinary and human APIs in targeted global markets. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, conducting market and competitor analysis, managing international sales inquiries, and maintaining relationships with overseas clients and distributors. The executive will prepare marketing materials, coordinate participation in international trade fairs and conferences, and collaborate with internal teams on pricing, product positioning, and regulatory requirements. The role also requires regular reporting on market trends, sales performance, and marketing activities to support strategic decision-making.
Qualifications
- Strong International Marketing and International Business skills to drive global brand positioning and market expansion.
- Proficiency in International Sales and Sales activities to manage leads, negotiations, and closing deals with overseas clients.
- Experience in Market Research to analyze global trends, customer needs, and competitor strategies in pharmaceutical APIs.
- Relevant academic background such as a degree in Marketing, International Business, Pharmacy, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to interact effectively with international stakeholders.
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical or chemical industry regulations and export processes is highly beneficial.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and relationship-management skills, with the ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
- Comfort with frequent communication across time zones; prior experience in international B2B markets is an advantage.
