The gross monthly salary for this position starts at €3.400 (full-time) and will be discussed and agreed on an individual basis, depending on qualifications and professional experience.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct end-user training on Liquid-Based Cytology, morphology, system use in the whole Biomedica Region.
- Provide practical applications support during customer onboarding, demonstrations, workshops, routine use, workflow guidance, user trainings, troubleshooting of Liquid-Based Cytology, molecular diagnostics platforms and complementary technologies.
- Support sales teams with clinical, morphology, and laboratory workflow knowledge.
- Assist with troubleshooting related to sample quality, slide preparation, staining, review workflow, molecular testing workflow, and user technique.
- Support customer visits, conferences, educational events, and market development activities.
- Work effectively in an international environment with customers and other internal/external stakeholders.
- Gather customer feedback and share practical insights with the sales team.
- Maintain up-to-date professional knowledge in cytology, pathology, laboratory diagnostics, Liquid-Based Cytology, and clinical molecular diagnostics.
Qualifications:
- Practical experience in cytology, pathology, laboratory diagnostics with backround of a clinical or veterinary cytotechnician, laboratory or molecular diagnostics specialist with cytology or morphology exposure.
- Experience with Liquid-Based Cytology platforms is a plus.
- Ability to review cytology slides and clearly explain morphological findings.
- Basic or practical experience with clinical molecular diagnostics on automated platforms is an advantage.
- Ability and willingness to work independently and pass on knowledge professional and service-oriented to customers.
- Strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
- Comfortable working in an international, multicultural environment
- Microsoft Office skills
- Very good English skills (written/spoken), additional language is a plus
- Willingness to travel (up to 70% travel)
- Driver’s license
