1、基本要求basic requirements：防舞弊调查（市场询价-采购物料/产品销售价格），配合审计经理工作，本科以上，财会类专业，常驻工厂,需要出差Anti-fraud investigation (market inquiry – purchase material/product sales price), cooperate with the audit manager, bachelor degree or above, accounting major, resident in Chalinze or Mkuranga, occasionally need to travel to other branches
2、工作经验work experience：防舞弊调查工作经验（员工客户供应商），专项审计，内审3年及以上工作经验-硬性要求Anti-fraud investigation work experience (employees, customers and suppliers), special audit, internal audit work experience of 3 years or more – mandatory
3、挑战性经历Challenging experience：有相关采购、销售贪腐案件调查经验，偷盗案件等Experience in investigation of corruption cases related to procurement and sales, theft cases, etc
4、知识技能knowledge and skill：英语作为官方语言， 电脑技能， 防舞弊调查，访谈技巧，能够独立做费用分析（差旅费、行政采购费用、临时工费用）English as official language, computer skills, anti-fraud investigation, interview skills, ability to do independent cost analysis (travel, administrative procurement costs, temporary staff costs)
沟通能力强，主动发现问题，但是不能太内向（沉稳）Strong communication skills, proactive in finding problems, but not too introverted (calm)
