Requirements
Primary Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality medical care to critically ill patients in the ICU
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and execute individualized patient treatment plans
Monitor and assess patient conditions, making timely adjustments to care as needed
Provide leadership and mentorship to medical staff and trainees
Conduct family meetings to update them on patient conditions and treatment options
Engage in clinical research and quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care processes
Qualifications:
Medical degree (MD or equivalent) with an active medical license
Board certification in Critical Care Medicine or a related specialty
At least 5 years of experience working in intensive care medicine
Strong leadership abilities and effective communication skills
Ability to work in a high-pressure environment while maintaining a patient-centered approach
