We’re looking for an experienced Influence Manager to join our team in Zambia and take ownership of influencer partnerships and campaigns in the local market.

Lusaka, Zambia | Office-based
What you’ll do:
- Identify and engage local influencers and content creators across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X and Facebook
- Negotiate partnership terms, coordinate agreements and manage ongoing collaborations
- Develop and launch influencer campaigns focused on brand awareness and user acquisition (registrations, FTDs)
- Build and maintain a strong network of local influencers and long-term partnerships
- Manage a portfolio of 3–5 influencer partnerships, overseeing content quality and publishing schedules
- Track and analyse campaign performance using key metrics such as Reach, ER, CPA, FTD, ROI and CAC
- Monitor competitors and identify new trends and opportunities in the Zambian influencer market
- Manage campaign budgets and continuously optimise acquisition costs
What we’re looking for:
- 3+ years of experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships or a similar role
- Previous experience in iGaming / Betting / Sportsbook is a strong advantage
- Good understanding of the Zambian influencer and social media landscape
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Solid understanding of performance marketing metrics and the ability to make data-driven decisions
- Proactive, organised and results-oriented approach
