Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Immigration Consultant role based in Karāchi. The Immigration Consultant will advise clients on immigration pathways, residency options, and citizenship processes, assessing individual profiles to recommend suitable solutions. Responsibilities include handling visa application preparation, reviewing documentation, monitoring case progress, and maintaining accurate client records. The role involves staying current with immigration laws and policies, coordinating with relevant authorities or partner organizations, and communicating updates and requirements to clients in a clear and timely manner. The consultant will also contribute to internal process improvements and support team efforts to deliver consistent, high-quality service.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of immigration issues and global immigration trends, with the ability to interpret and apply relevant regulations.
- Experience working with visas and related application processes, including document review and case management.
- Familiarity with law or legal frameworks related to immigration, residency, and citizenship procedures.
- Consulting skills, including client assessment, solution recommendation, and clear communication of complex information.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines.
- Proficiency with standard office software and case management or CRM tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, International Relations, Social Sciences, or a related field; relevant professional certifications are a plus.
- Prior experience in immigration consulting or a related advisory role is preferred.
