Job Highlight
The ICT Senior Analyst – Data and Business Intelligence will also support in developing, deploying, and managing mission support management's data collection and analytics-based reporting solutions to provide actionable intelligence to mission senior management team and to mission support unit and section chiefs.
The ICT Senior Analyst – Data and Business Intelligence is expected to extract, transform and load data (ETL) from different enterprise systems required to refresh Business Intelligence products as per the agreed schedule.
Role Purpose
The purpose of this role is to support in developing, deploying, and managing mission support management's data collection and analytics-based reporting solutions to provide actionable intelligence to mission senior management team and to mission support unit and section chiefs. The ICT Associate (Business Intelligence) is expected to develop new dashboard and Applications to support and digitalize the mission business processes.

Functional Responsibilities:
The personnel will be responsible for the following duties:
- Analysis and Development
- Quality Assurance
- Capacity Development
- Analysis and Development
- Perform business and scope analysis, gathering of requirements and documentation, preliminary system analysis, data cleansing and enrichment, migration, and change management initiatives
- Build procedures to extract, transform and load data (ETL) from different enterprise systems required to refresh Business Intelligence products as per the agreed schedule.
- Developing and testing Business Intelligence reports and dashboards in different areas.
- Develop new Power BI applications to improve and digitalize the business processes.
- Quality Assurance
- Review UNSOS Business intelligence datasets for quality, completion and accuracy.
- Monitor and review dashboards to identify and resolve issues in timely and accurate manner.
- Review existing internal data collection and monitoring processes and help the unit in the development of process improvement to enhance overall data quality.
- Support the unit in the establishment and improvement of standards and strategies for data management, lifecycle, and quality.
- Capacity Development
- Participate in the organization, preparation and delivery of both certified and focused functional business intelligence training workshops to ATMIS, FGS and FSS.
- Perform other duties as may be reasonably required and in line with the incumbent’s scope of services above.
Education Requirements
Required
- A first-level university degree (Bachelor’s degree or equivalent) preferably in Applied Mathematics, Electronics, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems /Technology, Engineering or related fields with 4 years of relevant experience OR
- Advanced university degree (Master’s degree or equivalent) preferably in Applied Mathematics, Electronics, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems /Technology, Engineering or related field with 2 years of relevant experience.
Desired
- Relevant professional certifications in Microsoft Power BI, SAP. Microsoft Azure
- Microsoft Power BI and Power App experience
Required
Experience Requirements
- Relevant experience is defined as experience in the field of ICT, Electronics, Information Systems or other related areas.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience working with data visualization and reporting tools (for example, Microsoft Power BI or Tableau) and building data reports and performing data analysis.
Desired
- Working experience with SAP or any other Enterprise Resource Planning tool.
- Experience is Supply Chain or related areas
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
