- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
- Maintain accurate HR records, contracts, and staff data
- Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary processes
- Support performance management and appraisals
- ✅ Ensure compliance with Tanzanian labor laws and company policies
- Identify training needs and support staff development initiatives
- Guide supervisors and line managers on HR matters
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 3–5 years HR experience in the FMCG industry
- Strong knowledge of Tanzanian labor laws
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Computer literate (MS Word, Excel, HR systems)
