About our Client:
Our client is a leading beverage manufacturing company producing bottled drinking water, carbonated soft drinks, energy drinks, and fruit juices for the Tanzanian market. They are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior HR Manager to lead the Human Resources function by developing people strategies, fostering a high-performance culture, and ensuring the organization attracts, develops, and retains top talent while supporting continued business growth.
Job Description:
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's business objectives.
- Oversee performance management, employee engagement, learning and development programs.
- Provide strategic guidance to management on organizational development and change management.
- Ensure compliance with Tanzanian labour laws, company policies, and HR best practices.
- Develop and review HR policies, procedures, and compensation and benefits programs.
- Drive initiatives that promote employee wellbeing, diversity, inclusion, and workplace culture.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
- Master's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline will be an added advantage.
- Minimum of 8 years' progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a senior HR leadership role.
- Proven experience in talent management, organizational development, and performance management.
- Membership with a recognized professional HR body is an added advantage.
- Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office applications.
