Job Description

  • Support the administration of fair, consistent, and legally compliant HR practices for PricePally’s agrifood transformation program workforce.
  • Coordinate full employee lifecycle processes, including recruitment, onboarding, performance reviews, employee relations, and workforce planning.
  • Champion inclusion, equal opportunity, and safeguarding standards with a focus on women, persons with disabilities, and internally displaced persons.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate recruitment workflows, including vacancy tracking, candidate shortlisting, interview scheduling, scoring, and reference checks.
  • Manage pre-employment documentation, orientation, employee record maintenance, and offboarding clearance processes.
  • Administer performance evaluation cycles, probation reviews, and training logistics across program locations.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for routine employee inquiries, managing confidential personnel files and workplace grievances.
  • Prepare HR metrics, validate attendance/leave records, and support statutory compliance with Nigerian labor requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR Management, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, Law, Psychology, or a related discipline.
  • At least 5 years of progressive experience in human resources, people operations, or employee administration.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment, employee lifecycle tracking, performance frameworks, and Nigerian labor practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office or comparable productivity tools and HR information systems (HRIS).
  • Must have existing legal right to work in Nigeria and willingness to travel regularly to program locations.

Preferred Qualifications & Attributes

  • Postgraduate degree or professional HR certification (e.g., CIPM or equivalent).
  • Experience in multi-location, private-sector, or externally funded development program environments.
