The beauty of the program is that you start earning even before finishing the program and after, you stand an 80% chance to be placed for a job for those dedicated. GPAP is a comprehensive and competitive program that only accepts 5 participants in every cohort per month.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resource Trainee located in Kampala. The Human Resource Trainee will be responsible for assisting with HR management tasks, implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, and handling personnel management. Daily tasks will include maintaining employee records, assisting with recruitment, conducting orientations, policy implementation, benefits administration, and employee relations and supporting HR projects and initiatives.

Qualifications

(A background in management course is just enough)

Skills in Human Resources (HR), HR Management, and HR Policies

Skills with Employee Benefits and Personnel Management

Understanding of recruitment processes and employee relations

Interest in enterprise development and technology innovation

Strong organizational and communication skills

Ability to work independently and in a team setting

Pursuing or completed a course in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

Experience in a startup or innovative environment is a plus
