We are looking for a proactive and experienced HR Officer to join our team. This role is ideal for an HR professional with strong recruitment experience and hands-on exposure across the employee lifecycle. You will play a key role in attracting top talent, supporting employee development, driving performance management, and ensuring efficient HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and interviewing to onboarding new employees.
- Develop effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire high-quality talent.
- Coordinate employee onboarding and induction programmes.
- Support learning and development initiatives by identifying training needs and coordinating employee training.
- Coordinate the performance management process, including performance reviews and Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs).
- Foster positive employee relations by handling employee queries, grievances, and disciplinary matters professionally.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases while ensuring confidentiality.
- Support payroll preparation and employee benefits administration.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, labour laws, and HR best practices.
- Prepare HR reports and track key HR metrics to support business decision-making.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- CHRP is an added advantage
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in an HR Generalist or HR Officer role with end-to-end recruitment experience.
- Working knowledge of performance management, employee relations, and HR administration.
- Experience using HRIS and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
