We are looking for a proactive and experienced HR Officer to join our team. This role is ideal for an HR professional with strong recruitment experience and hands-on exposure across the employee lifecycle. You will play a key role in attracting top talent, supporting employee development, driving performance management, and ensuring efficient HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and interviewing to onboarding new employees.
  • Develop effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire high-quality talent.
  • Coordinate employee onboarding and induction programmes.
  • Support learning and development initiatives by identifying training needs and coordinating employee training.
  • Coordinate the performance management process, including performance reviews and Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs).
  • Foster positive employee relations by handling employee queries, grievances, and disciplinary matters professionally.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases while ensuring confidentiality.
  • Support payroll preparation and employee benefits administration.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, labour laws, and HR best practices.
  • Prepare HR reports and track key HR metrics to support business decision-making.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • CHRP is an added advantage
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in an HR Generalist or HR Officer role with end-to-end recruitment experience.
  • Working knowledge of performance management, employee relations, and HR administration.
  • Experience using HRIS and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
