Responsibilities
- Cleaning kitchens, bathrooms, floors, dusting, and detailed tasks
- Following SD Sparkle cleaning standards and checklists
- Working independently or as part of a small team
Skills Required
- Reliable and punctual (this is extremely important to us)
- Strong attention to detail
- Physically able to clean for several hours
- Comfortable working in both occupied and vacant homes
- Able to follow instructions and checklists
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Cleaning experience is a plus, but not required — we train the right people

- Smartphone (for scheduling and communication)
