Job Description
Responsibilities:
Oversee horticultural & arboriculture maintenance (including grass cutting)
Reinforce and implement greenery improvements in the estates
Oversee horticultural term contractors’ performance and ensure obligations to the term contract are fulfilled
Assist in planning and strategizing the maintenance regime and ensure all jobs are correctly and properly achieved within standards and procedures
Coordinate with the maintenance contractor to resolve feedbacks and improve service standards
Ensure that all landscape related essential records are documented
Work closely and liaise across departments & business units
Direct report to the Horticulture Lead / Line Manager Liaising with the National Parks Board and other relevant authorities
Other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned by the Management Requirements:
Min. Diploma in Horticulture/Landscaping Preferably 2 years of experience in related field
TRS knowledge and ISA CA / CPH will be an added advantage
Positive and team player with good interpersonal and organization skills
Able to perform under pressure
