* We’re Hiring: Veterinary CSR Extraordinaire! *
Location: Westmonte Animal Clinic– Where wagging tails and warm hearts meet!
Do you love pets and people? Are you the kind of person who can juggle a ringing phone, a full lobby, and still greet each client with a smile (even if you haven’t finished your coffee yet)? We’re looking for YOU—a rockstar Client Service Representative who’s ready to be the friendly voice and face of our animal-loving team!
What you’ll be doing:
– Checking in/checking out furry patients with a smile
– Booking appointments like a boss
– Answering phones and responding to emails with warmth and accuracy
– Explaining basic veterinary services and helping clients understand their pet’s needs
– Using your veterinary know-how to support both our team and our clients
– Multi-tasking like a superhero—because pets (and their humans) don’t always follow a script!
Bonus Points (but oh-so-welcome):
– You love dabbling in Canva and can whip up cute, eye-catching promotional flyers
– You can craft a fun, informative monthly newsletter that keeps our clients in the loop and loving us even more
What we’re looking for:
✔ Have at least 1 year of experience as a veterinary CSR (we need someone who already speaks “vet clinic!”)
✔ Excellent communication and customer service skills
✔ Tech-savvy and comfortable with veterinary software (extra treats if you know Shepherd and CheckUp!)
✔ Creative flair and a passion for organization
✔ Team player with a sense of humor—we laugh a lot here

Work Hours:
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday: 7:45 AM – 5:30 PM
Saturday: 7:45 AM – 12:30 PM
Off Wednesdays & Sundays (midweek break and a real weekend? Yes, please!)
