High-Risk Obstetric Technician
Qualifications:
Associate degree in a health-related field or equivalent experience.
Strong knowledge of high-risk labor and delivery care.
Experience in a Level 1 trauma center or high-risk OB unit preferred.
Must successfully pass pre-employment health clearance.
Duties:
Assists with labor and delivery for high-risk patients.
Supports C-sections, emergency deliveries, and maternal-fetal procedures.
Prepares and maintains sterile environments for high-risk cases.
Monitors and records patient vitals.
Provides assistance with neonatal stabilization after delivery.
Ensures all surgical tools and emergency supplies are readily available.
