Job Summary
To work with other team members or individually to provide exterior building services to various buildings in Toronto and the surrounding area.
Responsibilities and Duties
To work mostly on high rise and some low rise buildings in the Toronto area, using a swing stage, bosun’s chair, hydraulic equipment, and ladders, mainly to perform window cleaning, as well as pressure cleaning, waterproofing, building repairs and maintenance, caulking, and metal cleaning. The role as a window cleaner is performed both alone or with one or two other co-workers, depending on the current job site.
Low rise exterior cleaning includes window cleaning and pressure washing
Completing assigned tasks safely and on schedule
Maintaining and inspecting equipment
Setting up equipment, meeting safety standards
Participating in daily operations and safety meetings
Dealing with clients in a professional manner
Working as part of a team
Outdoor work
Exhibiting positive, honest, hardworking, reliable, courteous, and respectful behavior
Position Type
Full Time (Seasonal) with the chance to be permanent.

We are a small company that has been providing window cleaning services in Toronto since the 1980s. We are currently in a shift in the company, with a goal to grow and offer our employees benefits. We are looking for individuals who are willing to learn and grow with us. There is potential for supervisor or management positions, which would require more responsibilities such as driving, picking up keys, and addressing customer concerns, while also working on the buildings.
We are flexible with schedules as long as we receive advance notice. We ensure timely payment to our team members every two weeks. There is potential to earn an excellent salary, averaging between $25-$30 an hour within a year for capable, responsible, and hardworking individuals.
