Title: Health and Wellbeing Officer

Location: Vientiane, Vientiane Capital, Laos
Role Purpose:
Provide medical health care and wellbeing support for employees by implementing best practices, maintaining a positive work environment, and promoting employee wellbeing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine health check-ups, pre-employment exams, and periodic screenings.
- Provide primary care for work-related injuries/illnesses, treatment, referrals, and evaluate effectiveness.
- Monitor and manage occupational health hazards; advise on prevention and ergonomics.
- Deliver ergonomics training and promote responsible consumption.
- Design and implement health promotion programs (nutrition, exercise, stress management).
- Act as first responder in workplace emergencies.
- Maintain accurate medical records and generate health reports.
- Ensure compliance with health laws, regulations, and company policies.
Key Qualifications:
- Medical or public health degree from an accredited institution.
- 2–3 years of health/hospital experience.
- Good communication in English & Lao.
- Strong clinical and diagnostic skills; knowledge of ergonomics, occupational health, and regulations.
- Proficiency in electronic medical record systems.
- Excellent interpersonal skills; able to work independently and collaboratively.
