What You’ll Be Doing
As Head Vet, you’ll play a pivotal role in both the clinical and strategic direction of the practice.
Key responsibilities include:
Leading and inspiring the veterinary team to deliver outstanding care.
Driving continuous improvement in clinical standards and services.
Supporting and mentoring colleagues to develop their skills and expertise.
Working collaboratively with the management team to shape the future of the practice.
What We’re Looking For
A highly skilled veterinary surgeon with a passion for clinical excellence.
Strong leadership skills, with the ability to coach, inspire, and develop others.
A proactive and strategic mindset, driving the practice forward.
A team player who thrives in a collaborative and supportive environment.
Working Pattern: 4 days per week with 1:4 weekends. No out-of-hours, but on-call support required for inpatients.
Excellent Salary: £70,000 + depending on experience
