While they do not have a veterinary background, they provide a well-equipped, high-standard facility for pet healthcare. We are seeking an experienced veterinarian to lead and oversee all clinical operations, ensuring professional medical services and clinic management.

Job Overview:

We are looking for a highly experienced and skilled veterinarian to take on the role of Head Veterinarian, overseeing both medical and operational aspects of the clinic. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in clinical practice, strong leadership abilities, and the expertise to set up and implement best practices in veterinary care. This role requires someone who can independently manage and guide the clinic, mentor junior veterinarians and staff, and perform daily veterinary duties such as pet diagnosis and treatment.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and oversee all clinical operations, ensuring high medical standards and patient care.

Perform daily veterinary duties, including diagnosing and treating illnesses, conducting checkups, and advising pet owners.

Perform complex surgical procedures and oversee all medical treatments within the clinic.

Establish and implement protocols, guidelines, and standard operating procedures for the clinic.

Train and mentor veterinary staff, including junior vets, technicians, and support staff.

Ensure compliance with veterinary regulations, licensing, and best practices.

Requirements:

A valid veterinary license to practice in Hong Kong.

Minimum 8-10 years of experience in a veterinary clinic or hospital.

Strong communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.

Proven experience in clinic management or a senior veterinarian role.

Expertise in diagnostics, internal medicine, and surgical procedures.

Experience in hiring, training, and managing a veterinary team.

Specialization or certifications (e.g., surgery, dermatology, radiology) are a plus.
