The role
As Head of Office (Tanzania), you'll be the face and engine of our operations on the ground in Tanzania. You'll own the local office, lead our people and day-to-day operations, and represent CK Funded Pro to partners, institutions, and the wider market. This is a senior, high-trust role with a direct line to leadership.
What you'll do
▸ Lead and manage our Tanzania office and its day-to-day operations
▸ Represent CK Funded Pro locally — with partners, institutions, and stakeholders
▸ Drive local growth, partnerships, and community presence
▸ Oversee people, administration, and operational excellence on the ground
▸ Ensure full compliance with Tanzanian laws and regulations (BRELA, TRA, labour law, and relevant financial regulations)
▸ Be the bridge between our local operations and global leadership
What we're looking for
▸ Based in Tanzania (Dar es Salaam preferred) with strong knowledge of the local market and business landscape
▸ Proven leadership and operations/management experience
▸ Excellent communication in English and Swahili
▸ Strong integrity, ownership, and the drive to build something from the ground up
▸ Understanding of Tanzanian regulatory and compliance requirements
▸ Experience or knowledge of trading / financial markets is a big plus — an A+ in our books
