Imagini Health has built an AI-powered diagnostic imaging platform (with first to market no hw ultrasound diagnostics) for veterinary medicine — a large, fast-growing, and structurally underserved healthcare market. TAM target is 18B.
Our web and mobile platforms are live, demos are built, patent and PCT filings are nearing approval, and we are preparing for a planned institutional seed financing process following early product validation and active market engagement with a deep moat.
We are hiring a senior fundraising operator to work directly with the founding team to help structure, run, and close this next financing round.
This role is being brought in ahead of a critical funding phase and will directly influence investor strategy, positioning, syndicate formation, and execution.

Our founding team brings deep experience across healthcare technology, enterprise systems, cybersecurity, and venture-backed startups, including prior exits and leadership roles inside major healthcare organizations. What you will own:
- Build and manage a targeted institutional investor pipeline
- Lead investor outreach, sequencing, follow-ups, and meeting cadence
- Run fundraising process coordination and momentum management
- Support pitch refinement, narrative development, and investor materials
- Manage data room readiness and diligence flow
- Help guide investor selection and term sheet evaluation
- Build long-term investor relationships for future financing rounds
Who You Are:
You have:
- Helped run or close a venture-backed financing round, or
- Worked at Principal level or above within venture capital, growth equity, or startup finance
Experience in one or more of the following is strongly preferred:
- HealthTech
- AI / Applied AI
- Diagnostics or imaging
- Animal health
- Vertical SaaS
- Regulated industries
You are highly execution-oriented, comfortable operating directly with founders, and experienced in managing investor conversations through to close. Engagement Structure:
- Fractional engagement through financing close
- Meaningful equity participation tied to fundraising milestones
- Performance-based compensation structure (may include a combination of equity and cash depending on experience and involvement)
- Potential continuation into future investor relations and financing leadership
