JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
01 Strategic HR Leadership
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the organization’s overall business goals.
Advise senior management on organizational structure, workforce planning, and HR policies.
Drive change management initiatives and foster a high-performance culture.
02 Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
Oversee recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.
Approve manpower plans and ensure optimal staffing levels.
Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and skill gaps.
03 Employee Relations & Engagement
Maintain a positive employee relations environment.
Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
Lead employee engagement programs and initiatives to enhance job satisfaction.
04 Performance Management
Oversee the implementation of performance appraisal systems.
Set KPIs in collaboration with department heads.
Drive succession planning and career development efforts.
05 Learning & Development
Identify training needs and develop programs to enhance employee skills.
Implement leadership development initiatives.
Monitor effectiveness of training programs and revise as needed.
06 Compensation & Benefits
Develop competitive compensation and benefits structures.
Ensure timely payroll processing and compliance with tax regulations.
Review salary benchmarks and make recommendations to remain competitive.
07 HR Compliance & Policy Management
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulatory requirements.
Update and implement HR policies and procedures.
Conduct regular HR audits and manage risk.
08 Budgeting & Reporting
Prepare and manage the HR and admin budget.
Provide regular reports and dashboards to senior management.
Monitor expenditures and optimize costs where possible.
EDUCATION
Bachelor/Masters in HRM/Management
REQUIREMENTS
Strong communication skills in both English and Bangla, verbal and written,
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities,
Owning and riding a motorcycle will be considered an additional qualification,
Tech-savvy, proficiency in MS Office and software.
EXPERIENCE
At least 8-12 years of experience in the poultry and frozen industry.
