We’re now hiring a Head of Brands to lead the next chapter of our brand growth and innovation.
What you’ll own:
Full commercial ownership of our brand portfolio: KORIKA, NOVELLISTA, ICONIQUE Professional, Saffee, MEDIBLANC, BrushArt, and NOBEA.
Shaping brand strategy and go-to-market plans.
Steering product innovation and overseeing brand-level investments and P&Ls.
Aligning closely with marketing, sales, and product development teams.
What you’ll bring:
Proven senior leadership in FMCG or beauty brand management.
Experience owning P&Ls and driving brand profitability.
Strong commercial mindset with analytical thinking.
Leadership experience in cross-functional teams.
Excellent knowledge of the beauty market and consumer trends.
Fluency in Czech and strong English proficiency (daily collaboration with international teams).
