We are seeking a confident, robotically trained Gynecologic Oncologist with extensive invasive surgical experience to lead and develop a dedicated Gynecologic Oncology service line in a busy clinical setting. The role involves building strong relationships with OB/GYN providers and expanding a referral-based program to retain complex cases within the system. The candidate should be personable, collaborative, and comfortable working independently in a solo practice environment.
Key Responsibilities Include
- Building and managing the Gynecologic Oncology service line
- Providing comprehensive GYN services and invasive surgical procedures
- Participating in a minimally burdensome call structure supported by an oncology NP, hospitalists, and attendings
- Utilizing dedicated OR time and robot training (preferred)
- Collaborating with a full ancillary team, including nurses and support staff
Qualifications And Skills
- Strong invasive surgical and robotic surgery experience
- Comfort in a solo practice environment
- Ability to build referral relationships and grow the program
- Team-oriented and personable approach
Compensation And Benefits
- Salary up to $500,000 plus RVUs
