Fetch Specialty & Emergency Veterinary Centers is on the lookout for a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our Guest Services Team as an Overnight Guest Services Representative.

Requirements
Strong guest service skills with attention to detail
Outgoing, friendly, compassionate, and empathetic demeanor
Patience and attentiveness to clients’ and staff’s needs
Ability to manage multiple tasks, including handling phone lines and scheduling appointments in a fast-paced environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential
