Mandai Wildlife Group is the steward of Mandai Wildlife Reserve, a unique wildlife and nature destination in Singapore that is home to world-renowned wildlife parks connecting visitors to the fascinating world of wildlife. The Group is driving an exciting rejuvenation plan at Mandai Wildlife Reserve, adjacent to Singapore’s Central Catchment Nature Reserve, that will integrate five wildlife parks with distinctive nature-based experiences, green public spaces, and an eco-friendly resort.
Job Duties
And Responsibilities
Ensure day-to-day operations are carried out smoothly, including daily resource management, and maintain high standards of guest service in accordance with protocols.
Identify, propose, and execute improvements to enhance guest experience within the park.
Resolve feedback, issues, and concerns raised by guests.
Motivate and guide part-time staff in delivering guest experiences.
Assist in training part-time staff in consultation with the section lead.
Assist in maintaining and enforcing park safety procedures.
Assist in wildlife-human management efforts, including:
Updating and maintaining records of wildlife sightings and movements.
Conducting and maintaining behavioral enrichment activities for wildlife through positive reinforcement training.
Educating guests on wildlife conservation campaigns in the parks.
Perform other relevant duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in hospitality or the tourism industry.
Prior customer service experience is preferred.
Excellent communication skills.
Proficiency in English;
Mandarin skills are preferred for communication with Mandarin-speaking guests.
Confident, energetic, and outgoing personality.
Ability to work on weekends and public holidays.
