For our client, we are seeking a Group Vice President – Heartland to join the team of a leader in the Hospitals & Medical Centers space. This role will lead operational priorities focused on execution quality, efficiency, safety, and measurable performance outcomes. You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. The position offers the opportunity to influence operational scale, customer outcomes, and organizational performance within a healthcare environment.
Location: Remote – US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $196,000 – $250,000 annually
Responsibilities
- Own Group P&L performance and drive operational results through regional teams
- Implement and reinforce enterprise programs to ensure operational consistency
- Develop growth strategies to enhance access to veterinary medicine
- Oversee financial health and performance of hospitals
- Model company culture and foster a psychologically safe work environment
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree / MBA or DVM preferred
- 10+ years related experience / 12+ preferred
- Advanced digital fluency with productivity platforms like MS365
- Ability to relocate for career pathing
- Participation in relevant national or state associations
