Responsibilities
Support lawn care through mowing, edging grass, and mulching.
Preserve plant care by pruning, spraying, trimming, planting, and fertilizing.
Maintain a clean outdoor environment by removing campus trash.
Keep walkways safe by seasonally removing snow and leaves.
Requirements
Ability to work cooperatively with team members.
Ability to see how work impacts overall guest experience.
Attention to detail.
Servant-hearted.
Strong work ethic.
Education, Work Experience, And Other Qualifications
High School diploma or GED.
Landscaping or lawn care management experience (preferred).
Must possess a valid driver’s license.
Physical Demands and Work Environment
Must possess the necessary physical stamina for walking/standing/working for extended periods (up to 12 hours).
Ability to lift 100 pounds repetitively.
Good body mobility with good range of motion from floor level to overhead.
Able to work outdoors in varying and inclement weather conditions.
Work will include significant amounts of bending, stretching, kneeling, twisting, climbing, and lifting daily.
Must possess the ability to use hand and power tools.
