Based in Dover – covering Dover, Deal & Sandwich
£12.21 – £12.50 per hour DOE + Mileage Reimbursement
Must have your own wheels! Temporary Role – Monday to Friday (37.5 hours per week)

About the Role:
We’re on the lookout for a
hands-on
, community-loving Grounds Person to help keep our local towns looking fresh, tidy, and blooming beautiful. You’ll be the person behind those clean streets, colourful flowerbeds, and well-kept
green spaces
– and you’ll often be the friendly face people see when they’re out and about.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Mowing, trimming, planting, sweeping , making the towns look great
Chatting with members of the public (you’re a friendly face, after all!)
Keeping outdoor spaces neat, tidy, and safe
Helping out with seasonal projects and fun community improvements
Travelling between Dover, Deal, and Sandwich using your own vehicle What We’re Looking For:
A valid driving licence and your own vehicle – you’ll be zipping between towns
Someone who loves their community and takes pride in their work
Happy to say hello and chat with members of the public – you’re representing the best of the town!
Groundskeeping experience is a bonus, but not a deal-breaker
A team player with a
strong work ethic
and a can-do attitude
