Position: Grounds Maintenance (Trades Specialist III) #2516/2525
Job Responsibilities:
Maintain grounds including roadways, sidewalks, and parking surfaces to ensure safety, cleanliness, and aesthetic appeal.
Perform landscape maintenance and installation, pond maintenance, and operate and maintain equipment used in these tasks.
Qualifications:
Formal or trades experience related to the area of employment.
Valid SC Driver’s License.
Preferably a degree in horticulture or equivalent education/experience.
Ability to obtain a South Carolina pesticide license.
Capability to perform all aspects of landscape and irrigation maintenance and installation.
Ability to operate all large and small landscape maintenance equipment.
Excellent customer service skills.
