Grounds Maintenance Team Leader – Birmingham
Pay Rate: 14.71 per hour
Hours: 6am – 2.30pm Monday to Friday
Start Date: Immediate
Join one of the UK’s leading horticulture and grounds maintenance specialists as a Garden Maintenance Team Leader in the B6 area.
Job Overview:
As a Team Leader, you will oversee a small team and take responsibility for:
Grass and lawn cutting
Edging and strimming
Hedge trimming
Litter picking
Weed control
General gardening and grounds maintenance tasks
Operating mowers and powered tools
Requirements:
Experience in grounds or garden maintenance
A valid driver’s license
PA1/PA6 is preferred but not essential
Ability to lead a small team effectively
This is a permanent position after a successful 13-week probation
