Working Hours: Mon – Fri. 7.30 – 16.00. 40 Hours per week
About the role
We currently require a Grounds Maintenance Operative to join our team in High Wycombe. You will keep several grounds across the region in a wonderful condition for our clients, through grass cutting; using a ride on and pedestrian mower, strimming, pruning, weeding, shrub and border maintenance, litter picking and any other related horticultural duties as well as litter picking. This is a great opportunity to develop your skills, gain valuable experience, and grow with us in a friendly and encouraging environment.
Requirements
- Previous Grounds Maintenance working experience is preferred but not essential.
- Physically fit and able to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Reliable with a can-do attitude and safety-conscious mindset.
- A full valid UK driving licence with at least 1 year driving experience.
