Grounds Maintenance Operative Jobs in West Bromwich, UK at Gould Landscapes Ltd
We are looking for experienced and motivated Grounds Maintenance Operatives to join our team. Salary is £27,034.80 per annum plus a monthly bonus scheme. Working hours are Monday to Friday: 45 hours per week March to October and 30 hours per week November to February.
You will work as part of a team delivering professional grounds maintenance services across multiple sites, travelling between locations according to the daily work schedule.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out a range of grounds maintenance tasks including grass cutting, strimming, hedge cutting and general site upkeep
- Work as part of a team to ensure sites are maintained to a high standard
- Communicate effectively with team members, management and site users
- Follow health and safety procedures while working on site.
Essential attributes for the role
- Ability to obtain Enhanced DBS clearance
- Previous grounds maintenance experience preferred
- Appropriate Team Leader/Supervisory experience
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work flexibly as part of a team
