Duties/Responsibilities
- Under supervision: mowing grass, managing weeds and pests, trimming shrubs and trees, and removing leaves and debris. Percentage of time: 70
- Maintaining landscape equipment. Percentage of time: 20
- Planting flower beds, shrubs and trees, mulching, irrigating, and other related landscape duties. Percentage of time: 10

Minimum Qualifications
- Graduated from a high school and experience in grounds maintenance work is preferred.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and/or Competencies: Follow instructions and work with grounds maintenance equipment.
Physical Demands: Working outside under adverse weather conditions; heavy lifting; walking; standing; reaching; turning; bending; climbing; proper use and operations of landscape equipment.
