Job Description
We are seeking a greenkeeper to join the team at our 18-hole Parkland Golf Course located on the outskirts of Ashford in Kent.
The successful greenkeeper will need to be a strong team player, enthusiastic, willing to learn, and possess good communication skills. The role requires full-time work from Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week, with some additional hours on a rota throughout the year – including weekends and Bank Holidays.
Our ideal greenkeeper will possess or demonstrate the following requirements:
At least 2 years greenkeeping experience.
NVQ Level 2 in Turf Management qualification.
Good experience of using greens equipment and maintaining them.
Experience of cutting all playing surfaces including greens, changing holes, preparing bunkers, and tees.
Knowledge and ability to complete tasks in line with health and safety regulations and practices, and ideally First Aid qualified.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Full Clean UK Driving Licence.
Pay TBC at interview.
