About the position for Greenkeeper…
• Team player with flexible attitude
• Assist with Health & Safety policies and procedures
• Be able to be out in all weathers, occasionally lifting heavy machinery
• Assist the Manager cleaning & lawn maintenance duties
• Mow & treat greens and trees, tees aerate and spike greens
• Operate sod cutter, spray rig, fertilizer spreaders and other equipment as directed
• Perform basic preventive maintenance on equipment as directed by mechanic or assistant
• Reporting equipment problems or failures and properly storing equipment.
* 6am – 3pm shift patterns – Full Time position
The successful candidate for Green Keeper…
• Will have at least 6 months previous experience
• Level 2/3 Horticulture / Greenkeeper Qualification would be preferred
• Previous experience in as a Lawn keeper would be ideal
• Ideally knowledge of sports turf products
• Excellent communicator and leader
• Have a can-do attitude and be willing to go the extra mile
