What You’ll Do:
Maintain and care for lawns, gardens, and outdoor spaces, ensuring they stay lush and vibrant.
Mow, edge, trim, prune, weed, mulch, and handle other seasonal tasks to keep landscapes looking their best.
Plant, nurture, and care for flowers, shrubs, and trees, providing expert maintenance.
Work as part of a team to meet client needs, always going the extra mile to exceed expectations.
Ensure all equipment is in top shape and ready for action.
Complete required OAK Outdoors training and maintain satisfactory attendance.
Represent OAK Outdoors with professionalism, a positive attitude, and a commitment to excellence.
Be adaptable to changing business needs and deadlines, embracing new challenges.

Experience in lawn care or garden maintenance is great, but a willingness to learn is just as important.
A passion for working with plants and outdoor spaces.
A strong eye for detail and a dedication to maintaining beautiful landscapes.
Professional appearance and demeanor, with the ability to adapt to our evolving business.
Ability to work well with others in a supportive, team-focused environment.
A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
