Responsibilities / Tasks
Who you are?
In charge of division P/L on designated territory (country)
Reports to him/her the following areas/team (according to country´s needs): Sales (all product lines), Product Line Specialists, Technical Service.
Responsible for:
Annual Budget Setting (together with Region´s Division Representative) and targets achieving (Sales, Margins, EBIT, etc)
Setting Portfolio offer for the country (deciding best portfolio within GEA´s offer to attend country, define pricing policy according to company margin requirements and country´s best positioning)
Brand´s performance within the country (Market Share by product lines, Brand awareness, Client Satisfaction measures)
Setting and achieving best practices and policies to ensure Working Capital best performance (collections, inventory, financing tools, etc)
Dealer Network improvement and performance (ensure performance on sales target, product support, training capabilities, territorial coverage, etc)
Defining local team structure (size, skills, reports, etc) setting team performance evaluation targets and controlling their target achievement.
Your Profile / Qualifications
Who you are?
Academic degree for Engineer or Economics, or Veterinary. Expertise on Uruguay Business (milking industry is a plus)
Strong knowledge on Corporate Finance (Budget & P/L)
MBA preferably
5 years experience leading companies with P/L Responsibilities’
Knowledge on sales through dairy farmers
Leading different skilled team members and promoting high performance and target achievement
Strong Leadership & People Skills
Advanced level of English
