Job Description
A well-established veterinary practice in Ashburn, VA, is seeking a full-time or part-time Veterinarian to join their team. Located in the D.C. metro area, this practice offers a collaborative environment with a focus on a healthy work-life balance. The position features a 4-day workweek with no weekend hours. This opportunity is ideal for an experienced veterinarian comfortable with surgery and dentistry. New graduates seeking mentorship are also welcome. The role offers flexibility, with the option to focus on surgery or split time between surgery, dentistry, and appointments. The hospital is equipped with top-tier equipment, including a brand-new ultrasound and monitoring systems. The team includes 8 veterinarians across two locations, supported by a strong, experienced staff. The practice also offers mentorship opportunities through their Support From The Start program for new graduates. Compensation includes a competitive base salary ranging from $150k to $180k, with earning potential up to $200k through a no-negative-accrual bonus plan. Additional benefits include a relocation stipend, health/dental/vision insurance, 401k with employer contribution, paid vacation, and more.
