Position Title: General Practice Veterinarian – Small Animals
Schedule: Full-Time | On-Site
Compensation: Base Salary of $125,000 with potential earnings up to $180,000+ through commission

Candidate Requirements
Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree from an accredited institution
Active veterinary license in the state of New Jersey, or eligibility to obtain one
3–5 years of clinical experience with small animals (dogs and cats), preferably in a high-volume setting
Proficiency in routine surgical procedures and general clinical care
Willingness to handle emergency or urgent care cases, including rotating weekends or on-call shifts
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
A compassionate approach to veterinary medicine and a commitment to high ethical standards
Strong team orientation and the ability to thrive in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment
