We are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled General Labourer to join a Composting Operation in Ufton (CV33 area). This role is ideal for someone who holds a tractor ticket and is confident working in an outdoor,
hands-on
environment.

Additional tickets such as telehandler, MEWP, pallet truck, or forklift are highly advantageous and will be reflected in an enhanced pay rate. We are open to negotiating a higher salary for candidates who possess a majority of the required qualifications.
Key Responsibilities:
* Perform general labouring duties related to composting operations
* Clean and maintain site equipment and plant areas
* Keep the site tidy, including litter picking
* Refuel machines as needed
* Follow verbal instructions and work independently
* Operate machinery where qualified
* Work outdoors in varying weather conditions
Requirements:
* Tractor ticket – Required
* Additional tickets such as telehandler, MEWP, forklift, pallet truck – Advantageous
* Ability to work with minimal supervision
* Physically fit and comfortable working in all weather conditions
* Strong attention to safety and cleanliness
