YOUR TASKS
- Screen and process shipments in compliance with aviation security and DHL procedures.
- Ensure shipments are processed in time to meet flight departure cut-offs.
- Load and unload shipments safely and efficiently in accordance with operational standards.
- Handle shipments with due care to prevent damage, loss, or security breaches.
- Ensure timely movement of shipments between Gateway and Service Centers.
- Scan, sort, and process shipments accurately and on time.
- Follow security procedures, GSOP, and quality standards at all times.
- Report shipment discrepancies, damages, shortages, and security-related incidents.
- Monitor shipment inventory and maintain accurate operational records.
- Support customs and security compliance requirements for all shipments.
- Respond to shipment-related inquiries from internal and external stakeholders.
YOUR PROFILE
- Minimum Intermediate cleared with at least 1-2 years’ experience ideally in Gateway Operations
- Able to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
